Jewellery Care & Warranty
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best & prolonged life, we recommend the following care guidelines:
-
Remove Jewellery before high impact activities
-
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, cosmetics, and household chemicals.
-
ALWAYS pat dry after exposure to water, especially salt water & chlorine. If exposed to salt or Chlorine water, rinse in fresh water & pat dry.
-
Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangling. It’s best to store your jewellery in the packaging you receive it in.
-
Clean jewellery regularly using a soft polishing cloth.
-
Handle gemstones and delicate chains with care, as they can be damaged by impact or excessive force. (Don’t tug or pull on your chains, excessive force can lead to snapping & breakage)
Please note that in instances including rings, high impact areas, can lead to plating scratching off. Although our jewellery is waterproof & won’t fade from water exposure, if scratching occurs, the affected area may gradually fade with regular wear depending on individual habits and environmental factors.
